What we get asked most
What does it cost?
It depends on how the work is cut: a tightly cut first workflow is a different matter from an application spanning several channels and applications. So we do not name a figure before we know your workflow. In the free check we work through it with you and you get the price for your own case in writing, together with what running it costs per month afterwards. What does not get added is settled beforehand: no licence fees, no per-user cost, no minimum term, however many people use it.
And if we do not want it any more later?
Then you stop. There is no minimum term and no licence that keeps running. What we build sits on your own server, and the workflow carries on without us as it did before, only by hand. We build nothing you would have to dig yourself back out of.
Do we have to replace our applications?
No. We do not replace anything, we connect it. Your accounting, your trade software and your filing stay where they are and stay authoritative for their data. We sit in between and pull what is needed through the interfaces that already exist. Where there are none, we work from the files your applications put out anyway.
How long until something is running?
The first workflow goes live four to six weeks after you give the go-ahead. Six rather than four when your applications have no interface and we work from the files they put out anyway. Before that comes the free check, which takes 45 minutes.
Our software does AI now. So why you?
Sometimes for nothing at all, and then we say so. A bundled module is often enough for suggested wording and for searching. It is rarely enough when things have to be matched across several applications, when a deadline has to be calculated rather than read off, or when it has to be traceable why something was decided the way it was. Every industry page sets out the trade-off in detail.
Where do the models run, and who sees our data?
Where your profession or your clients require it, the language model runs entirely in your house, on your own machine or server. Then no request leaves your network. Where that is not necessary, we state plainly what goes where, before anything is built.
What happens if the automation fails?
Then the workflow carries on as before, only by hand. We build nothing whose failure stops your business, and nothing that cannot be switched off again.
