Two people
who build it themselves.
We are Anton Becker and Evgenij Michajlidi, two founders from Plochingen near Stuttgart. We automate back-office workflows in service companies, property management firms and law and tax practices. You do not talk to a sales team here, you talk to the people who go on to build and run your workflows.

Mission
Our mission is to rebuild recurring back-office workflows so they run by themselves: securely, traceably and without decisions leaving your building. For companies where sorting the work now takes longer than the work itself.
What sits at the centre is not the technology but one concrete workflow from your week. We walk through it step by step, record how often it occurs and how much of it is a standard case, and only then start building.
Vision
We see a future in which a company of forty people uses the same tools as a corporation, without needing an IT department of its own. Automation should arrive where the work actually happens: in the back offices of service companies, property managers and professional practices.
Our aim is to get there with technology you can understand and switch off again. Every automated step is traceable, every approval stays with you, and if the automation fails, the workflow continues exactly as before, just manually.
