You name a workflow you handle often. A damage report, a request for a quote, a maintenance appointment, a document filing routine. We walk through it together, step by step, the way it actually runs today, not the way the manual says it should.
While doing that we record three numbers. They determine whether automation pays off for you. Sometimes the answer is no. Then we say so, and you still have a solid figure for a workflow you pay for every month.

And what does not get added
No licence fees, no per-user cost, no cost per unit or per matter, no minimum term. You pay for the work, not for growing. That is the difference from software billed per seat or per unit, and over three years it is the larger item of the two.
- A language model entirely in your own house costs an additional €4,900 to €9,900. You buy the hardware directly; we make nothing on it.
- Work outside an agreed scope is billed at €1,000 per person-day, agreed in advance and never after the fact.
- The check costs nothing, including when nothing follows it.
Whether it pays off is something you can check
The workflow in our worked example frees up around €9,100 a year. After the basic running cost, a good €7,300 is left. On that basis the entry tier has paid for itself in roughly ten months. It is a model calculation and not a promise about your business, but the assumptions are in the open and you can replace any of them with your own.

Who should be there
By video, or at your premises if you are within reach of Stuttgart. You as the owner or managing director should be there, along with the person who handles the workflow every day. That is all it takes. There is nothing to prepare.
About the check itself
What you want to know first
- What does the check cost?
- Nothing, and it commits you to nothing. It costs you 45 minutes and us the same 45 minutes. That is the price we pay for knowing beforehand whether working together is worth it.
- We do not know which workflow to pick.
- Then we find it in the conversation. Usually it is the one people in the office complain about most, or the one somebody has to finish off in the evening. You do not have to be able to name it in advance.
- Do we have to prepare anything?
- No. No documents, no reports, no figures in advance. We count together, and that is precisely why the person who handles the workflow every day should be there.
- What happens to our numbers?
- They stay between us. You get the result in writing, with every assumption set out openly. Nothing is passed on, and it only ever appears as an example on this website if you expressly release it.
- Do we get a quote afterwards?
- Only if you ask for one. That is not a figure of speech: an unrequested quote after a free conversation is exactly the routine that stops most people booking such an appointment in the first place.
- And if the calculation comes out against automating?
- Then we say so. You still have a solid figure for a workflow you pay for every month without ever having measured it. That is more than most people take away from a sales conversation.
