One workflow, tightly cut: one channel, one source, one rule set that justifies its hits. The way to see whether it holds at your end before you decide on anything bigger.

45 minutes, one workflow, an honest calculation
Most conversations about automation start with the technology. We start with the numbers. And if they do not add up, we say so.
45 minutes
By video, or at your premises if you are within reach of Stuttgart.
Three numbers
Frequency, duration, standard share. Everything else follows from those.
No obligation
You get the result in writing, with or without working together afterwards.
How it works
You name a workflow you handle often. A damage report, a request for a quote, a maintenance appointment, a document filing routine. We walk through it together, step by step, the way it actually runs today, not the way the manual says it should.
While doing that we record three numbers. They determine whether automation pays off for you. Sometimes the answer is no. Then we say so, and you still have a solid figure for a workflow you pay for every month.
The calculation
How often does this workflow occur per month? Counted, not estimated.
How many minutes it takes on average, from first contact to completion.
How much runs identically every time, and how much is genuine case-by-case work that has to stay with you.
Do the maths yourself
The same calculation we would do with you, only without us. You submit nothing, you leave nothing behind, and we never hear about it. Every assumption is stated alongside and can be changed.
Counted, not guessed.
From first contact to completion, interruptions included.
The share that runs the same way every time. The rest is case-by-case work and stays with you.
Fully loaded, so salary plus overhead. Put in your own figure if you know it.
This is what the case costs you today
Of which runs the same way every time
11.7 hrs a month · €6,300 a year
That is the ceiling on what there is to talk about, and expressly not the saving. How much of it actually goes away depends on the case, and that is precisely the question the check answers.
Prices
This is not a price list, it is an order of magnitude. What your workflow costs follows from how it is cut, and that follows from the free check. So that you know beforehand what we are talking about, the ranges are here.

one-off, fixed
One workflow, tightly cut: one channel, one source, one rule set that justifies its hits. The way to see whether it holds at your end before you decide on anything bigger.
€8,000 to €19,000
one-off
Depending on how many channels and applications the workflow runs through, and whether your applications have an interface or we work from the files they put out anyway.
from €24,900
one-off
When individual workflows turn into an application, with roles, deadlines and analysis. The order of magnitude of what you can see on the industry pages.
Running it
€149 a month
Monitoring, security updates, keeping libraries current.
€349 a month
Plus smaller adjustments and a committed response time.
No licence fees, no per-user cost, no cost per unit or per matter, no minimum term. You pay for the work, not for growing. That is the difference from software billed per seat or per unit, and over three years it is the larger item of the two.
The workflow in our worked example frees up around €9,100 a year. After the basic running cost, a good €7,300 is left. On that basis the entry tier has paid for itself in roughly ten months. It is a model calculation and not a promise about your business, but the assumptions are in the open and you can replace any of them with your own.
See the worked exampleIf automation does not pay off at your end, we say so in the check, before any quote exists. That is why we start with a calculation and not with a price.
Outcome
Practicalities
By video, or at your premises if you are within reach of Stuttgart. You as the owner or managing director should be there, along with the person who handles the workflow every day. That is all it takes. There is nothing to prepare.
About the check itself
How it runs
Four steps, and the first one is free.
45 minutes. One workflow, three numbers, an honest calculation. If it does not pay off, we say so.
We show you what the workflow looks like afterwards, before anything gets built.
One workflow goes live, four to six weeks after you give the go-ahead. Six rather than four when your applications have no interface and we work from the files they put out anyway.
We monitor, maintain and extend it for as long as you want.
Tell us briefly which workflow is on your mind, or simply call. That is usually faster than any form.
